İlkim Reyhan Sertoğlu graduated from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School in 2017 and was admitted to the Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University the same year with a full scholarship. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in various national and international events, took part in moot court competitions, and completed internships at leading law firms. In 2022, she graduated as a high honor student and ranked first in her class. Following her graduation, she began her academic career as a research assistant at Özyeğin University Faculty of Law in the same year. In 2025, she completed her LL.M. in Public Law at the same university with a thesis titled “Body Search Conducted Ex Officio by Law Enforcement Officers”. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Law at Özyeğin University.
