Biography

Dr. Eldar S. Saleh is an Assistant Professor of Strategy specializing in inter-organizational networks, risk-taking, and decision-making under uncertainty. His research examines how firms navigate uncertain environments through inter-cluster alliances, R&D investments, and strategic adaptation. He has published in journals such as Foresight and presented his work at international conferences including EURAM and SIOP. Before joining Ozyegin University, he taught at Sabanci University and Iran Banking Institute. He brings over a decade of teaching and research experience in strategy, economics, and organizational management.
