    Biography

    Balay Sütlüoğlu graduated from Prof. Dr. Mümtaz Turhan Social Sciences High School with dual degree by completing International Baccelaureate Programme in 2009. She received LL.B degree at Marmara University and started her post graduate study on the department of public law at İstanbul University in 2015. She completed her legal internship at the İstanbul Bar Association in April 2016. Her areas of studies are international law and European law. She continues her PhD program in Public Law at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences.
