University of Qom, English Teacher Education

Alireza Moghaddasi has been teaching English for over 15 years and specializes in General English and Academic English. He received his Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching from Qom University in Iran in 2011, and his Master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the same university in 2018. In 2019, he completed the CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) course at ITI Istanbul, which is the official teaching center of the University of Cambridge.

In 2020, he published an article in the Issues in Language Teaching (ILT) Journal about the epistemic components in high school coursebooks in Iran.

Before joining Özyeğin University, he accumulated over 12 years of teaching experience in both on-site and online settings at various universities and language institutes. He started working as an instructor at Özyeğin University in 2022 and has been teaching in the Prep Program ever since, while also conducting student seminars and clubs.
