OzU Fictional Law Firm Enforcement Law

We are continuing the “Fictional Law Firm” program, which we opened for the first time in the field of criminal law in the 2022/2023 Spring term, in the field of enforcement law, in order for our students to gain experience in the functioning of the judiciary.

Among our students who will participate in the enforcement law program that will last until May 26 at the Fictional Law Office;
- Research,
- Legal problem analysis,
- Writing a petition,
- Follow-up and request preparation,
- File review,
- Trial preparation
We expect them to fulfill the duties assigned to them and participate in the trainings.

Program Participation Conditions
OzU Law School students who have completed 150 credits can participate in the program.

Evaluation
The applications will be evaluated by the Ozu Law Faculty Dean's Office, and the names of 15 students who are eligible to participate in the program will be announced on May 4, 2023.

Certificate of participation
Students who successfully complete the education and application stages will be given a certificate of participation at the end of the program.
