Biography

Yusuf Kulu is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Ozyegin University. His research interests are in labor economics, health economics, and economics of education. In his work, he investigates how students from various backgrounds accrue returns from different post secondary investments. He also analyzes health systems policies to increase access to higher quality healthcare. Professor Kulu received his Bachelor's degree from Bogazici University, in Istanbul, Turkey, and his MA and PhD from Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, Maryland.
