Aytekin GÜRBÜZ graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2004. He received his LL.M. degree at Pace University School of Law in New York, United States of America in 2008. In 2024, he was entitled to receive his PhD degree in Istanbul Commerce University Foreign Trade Institute International Trade and European Union Law program with his thesis named “Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) and the Annulment of its Awards”. Since 2015, he has been teaching Sports Law, Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), American Sports Law and Introduction to American Law at Özyeğin University. His research interests include Sports Law, Arbitration, International Commercial Law and American Law.
